I’ve been dissatisfied with the commonly available fork mounted cable hangers, so I made my own.
It has enough height to properly set up wide profile cantis, which are my personal preference. For those with a long distance from the headset to the cable carrier, this offers a more rigid hanger solution, while for those with very short headtubes this may simplify cable routing that would otherwise need a tight turn. For everyone, it minimizes cable rub when you use a front bag.
It has some drilled and tapped speed holes for the look, as well as a slot for lightness. Includes a brass adjuster with stainless spring, 40, 50 and 60mm M6 bolts and a nylok nut. See installation notes and geo below.

Fork Mounted Brake Cable Hanger v2
add an o-ring to barrel adjuster
add a diving board adapter spacer
A diving board adapter spacer will let you mount a rack diving board to the front the FMBCH. Keep in mind aesthic compromises: depending on the rack’s adjustability and the angles of your bike, you may not be able to totally level the platform. You may need a longer M6 bolt than is provided with the FMBCH. This will also let you mount some racks with brazed-on bolts through the FMBCH. Here’s what it looks like:
