Orders are typically processed within 24 hours and picked up by carriers Monday through Thursday, except for Priority orders which also go out Fridays. I ship with USPS and UPS for domestic orders.
No local pick up option, but discounted shipping within Oregon.
99.6% of the packaging is curbside recyclable or ready for your firepit (paper-based)
Orders cannot be cancelled, so please double check everything and ensure your delivery info and address is complete and correct before submitting your order. Payment processing fees are charged immediately and are non-refundable. If you make a mistake please contact me asap, as orders cannot be altered once shipped.
International: Please include your international phone number with local area code in the checkout notes.
For countries that aren’t currently on my list to ship to, please email me and I will provide a quote if possible. International customers are responsible for any import duties or fees that may be assessed by the carrier.
